About Coach Jono


Growing up in country South Australia, sport was a large part of my childhood. Playing heaps of different sports including field hockey, basketball, cricket and tennis. I always enjoyed being part of the team and working towards the goal together.

Joining the Army in 2007, this team work was greatly enhanced. Having to work together to achieve tasks. Teamwork was critical to ensure the overall mission was achieved.

Since leaving the Army in 2014, I have ensured I bring teamwork into all of my training sessions. Using partner drills and team games to highlight the power of working together and what a strong team can achieve.

Teamwork is at the core of my coaching methodology. The approach I take is not your usual gym session of reps & sets on weight machines. We use Kettlebells, resistance bands, suspension training and bodyweight exercises to give you a workout you will not only enjoy but benefit from.

My aim is to create a Team of MEN who want to be apart of something bigger than themselves. I want to create a community of MEN who make each other better, physically, mentally and emotionally.
